12 June 2012, that's when the initial claim was logged.
08 April 2013, i'm still waiting.

Every time I phone I get a different answer.

The file is with the trustees.
You will have an answer by the end of the week.
They are waiting for a file at the back office.
Give me another week and a half for an update.

Every time i phone, i am on hold for easily 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes is spent on the call.

Can i claim the expenses back from old mutual??

I am getting sick and tired of calling and being polite and calling some more, what i need is some ACTION to be taken.

Would you prefer i talk to the call centre or should i come to the head office??

Maybe if i start throwing all my toys out of the cot, then i will get some service.

Get back to me, i need an answer or are the trustees so over paid that they are too busy spending money, so much so that they cannot do their work??

This is pathetic, one year to process a claim... You are easy to take the money but slow to pay it back..

OR does old mutual have financial difficulties?
