Incorrect claim on fund taking forever to delive

I submitted my pay out claim on 15 March2013, received an sms on 26 March 2013 informing me they are busy with the claim process, the day after i phoned the company to find out they had made a claim on an incorrect fund wich is the currentand active claim (group) i actually sent claim forms for protea hatfield.i had to wait a week for the company to put a hold on the claim.i conatcted the customer experiece manager last week and all i got was that shes waiting for feedback from manager then said shes waiting for administrator then today its SARS and shes still waiting for feedback of when the claim will be paid i spoke to a consultant who told me i, ll have to wait 7-14days for the money to be paid out

what frustrates me the most is that i ahve suffer due to their negligence/mistake/not paying attention to detail.i dont understand how they can clim on an active fund, this does raise suspicion;the company is not consistent as well evryday its a different story about dates/process and procedures
