HETTIE IS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO FNB!!!

About 3 weeks ago I inquired something about my pension fund claim (to find out if they need me to submit any other documents). I spoke to a lot of people in different departments and eventually ended up speaking to Hettie. My claim was not processed nor was it submitted (by my previous employer) so it ended up being delayed. I explained the situation to Hettie and she took upon herself to direct the query to the relevant people dealing with claims.
