Every December SBSA decide without consulting me, to run their D/O on my Bond a couple of days early. They gave a fairly understandable reason two years back but the i requested that this not be done again. Lo and behold, last December the same thing happened.
To their credit, the first time this happened, they were fairly quick in resolving it. However, the recent incedent has not been dealt with as speedly (Moving forward?).
This has caused me unnecessary headaches, telephone calls and has down right wasted my time, not forgetting the financial implecations this will has as they will be busy accumulating interest while this gets resolved.
I had two issue with this (Complaint Reference no: 31293499 Home loan account: 365025402), once the minor complaint was resolved, the whole issue was closed and i then had to request for this to be re-opened. No word since (this was 2 days ago).
