Had enough of capitec bank Avoid banking with them

I have a personal loan with Capitec bank and they keep messing up the debit date. My salary only gets paid into my bank account on the second to last working day of the month. The first time it happened i went to the bank and to correct it, i had to get 3 months of bank statements. After 2 hours at the bank, the issue was apparently resolved. About 2 months later i get an sms loan not paid. They tried to debit 3 working days before the end of the month. After resolving the issue over the phone and been double debiting, the support person said i should go into the bank with 3 months of banks statements to resolve the issue.!!! Last month i had the same issue. I also got charged for the bad debit. I have emailed the bank and requested a reply still nothing. I am in the process of moving banks AVOID CAPITEC BANK they cannot resolve a simple issue like this. What was i thinking to try them.
