I went to fnb to update my details, the consultant (Sibusiso) was very rude and he was even chasing away these two old ladies, he said to them that the deposit atm does not work but if they go away then it might work and he walked away from them, leaving them hanging. He was VERY rude to me as well, he acted like he owns the bank, telling me i must not tell him how to do his job and he even threatened to throw me out as I was talking to my wife and explaining that I'm not happy as I don't know what are the other charges on my bank statement. I asked him to activate my incontact on my new number and he did not do that as it is now I cannot use theh *130*321# facility. He told me to sign papers and when i asked him what am I signing he responded by saying "what do you think? You are signing for everything you asked me to do."Is that realy the way customers are supposed to be treated? Is that what FNB's values are? If he doesn't like working with people then why is he employeed in customer services? The best thing FNB can do is to fire that guy!!!
