Please stop calling me and harrasing me!!!

I received a call from Inca consulting a few months back, requesting my work address as they said they had papers for me that they needed me to sign for. I asked what these papers were and they avoided telling me. They ended up phoning me on my work phone every week and I managed to slowly get info out of them as to what these papers were. I am not interested in signing these papers and I have told them this but they continue to phone me at work not even saying hello, they just answer the phone with "What is your address? " This is very rude and it is now becoming harassing as this is where I work and these people phone all the time asking "What is your address? " Please stop calling me now as I will take this up further. Very unprofessional.
