I am not a customer - they wont stop phoning me

FNB keep phoning me from 0113525369. They have the wrong name and number but they persist in harassing me with phonecalls. I just received another call from them at 7:30AM right now. When I answer its a pre recorded computer voice telling me to wait and Ive been placed in a queue. I wait and then they just put the phone down in my face.
This is harassment and I want an apology and for them to remove my telephone number off their spam list. I am not Mr Westhuizen or whoever they think I am.
