I Have been a Capitec bank's client for as long as I can remember... And I have never been so humiliated, disgraced and mortified by a consultant in this manner. This particular individual basically called me a and a in front of other client.
On Thursday the 29th of August 2013, I went to a capitec bank branch in Vosloorus Chris Hani Mall to deposit money. As I walked in the bank I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the door and she asked me, how can she be of assistance... I replied and said I came here to deposit she than gave me a number. And showed me where to join a queue.
I stood in line as usual and I waited for my number to be called. Minutes passed and I heard a number after my number being called. So I kindly went to the two consultant serving my queue to ask how come my number has been skipped And they answered me in a very rude, vulgar and obscene manner And I quote " cant you see I'm serving someone. You feeling up this space room our system cant be wrong and will never be wrong".
