I have a my car insurance through FFW. Have repeatedly called and emailed in the last 10 days & they seem to have a don't care attitude. I requested a quotation that was done by an assessment centre on my car. (Assessment centre cannot provide me with the details however the insurance co can) Ive been told it will be emailed to me, this was over a week ago, still nothing!!! This is something that would literally take under a minute to email to me - their client!!!
