PUT BACK THE MIDDLE MAN PLEASE

After being an Outsurance client for more that 8 years, I finally claim for a notebook. Outsurance takes 2 days to process the claim, refers me to a supplier for the replacement items and they take another 5 days to get one. Only they give me a notebook that is slower that the original one, so I call Outsurance for assistance. They simply refer me back to their supplier who refers me to Acer.
Nobody taking responsiblilty for effectively leaving me woithout my may operating tool in my business. Forget about calling Outsurance, everybody is either having tea, a pea or is out on lunch, have left for the day or is in a meeting. I have heard it all in one week. Sould you have the odasuity to leave a message, forget about them calling you back, this simply does not happen. If you finally get hold of somjeone, they simply transfer you from one incompetant person to the next. It seems that nobocy has any authority to take any decisions. Before Outsurance I worked though a broker, he replaced in 2 days, and believe it or not and for R 40 a month more (I have spent more on phone call to Outsurance), what a pleasure.
