King price - Pathetic service

So 4 months ago I had an accident. It was not my fault but my car was written off. So I had to claim and pay the excess which should have been claimed back by KP. They failed. The payout was horrendous to start with and the fact that I have to even claim and buy myself a new car is a joke.

The accident was 100% not my fault. The claim still toke over a month to even be processed. Now the pathetic excuse for a legal department can't even do their job? RUN AWAY PEOPLE. These guys will take your money when it suits them and then you over the next day. They are the worst insurer I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their attitude towards clients and helping them is beyond hilarious. I have had nothing but bad service from this joke of an insurer.
