We have claimed with at king price insurance previously and had constant feedback and service with a smile
We unfortunately had a stroke of bad luck.

She advised that my husband was aware of this, we have not received any documentation regarding this.

What I fail to understand is that, we had a previous claim and that claim was settled, should the correct underwriting not be done on your first claim, in order for the client to become aware of any irregularities and to give the client affair opportunity to respond or look for alternate insurance?

Instead premiums were collected, and Tougheeda could not find a proper reason to reject the claim, neither give constant feedback or reply to my emails. Jean the claims manager came up with a lame excuse of how one claim is under written and the next claim is no
