Terrible Claims Service

I was pleased to join King Price Insurance who contacted me within 10min of my Insurance request, the service was as great as the Premium as they claimed to give "Royal Service" I was in an accident 2 weeks already and i have not been contacted regarding my claim, i dont have a vehicle, i dont know if it will be repaired, written off, replaced, no idea as its still sitting at storage. A Michelle who is dealing with my claim said the assessor would assess my vehicle within 4 days and its going for the 3 week now, i have called but she is never available, i have left messages and she has not responded to any of them, had i known this was the service one would get i would have stayed with my previous insurer...!!!
