King Price Insurance
Insurance Cancelled

I had moved from Outsurance to King Price very recently.
At Outsurance the service has always been excellent and I havent claimed from them in the nearly 7 years that they were my insurer.

Unfortunetely, within 2 weeks I had to claim from King Price for " food deteriaration". My claim was such an issue and finally it was approved, only for me to then recieve a letter that stated that my insurance has been cancelled.

The customer service division is absolutely pathetic, dropped calls, people say they will call you and never do.

The claims department is an absolute nightmare and I regret moving to King Price and advise all of you out there never to be suprised by their cheap quotes because you get exactly that, cheap premiums and cheap service.
