King Price - Unauthorised Deductions

So I was involved in an accident which was 100% not my fault. The car I had was a Honda CRX. The so called "retail" that they are using is a book value. The payout was then further reduced by R3000 based on previous damages. The person who was handling my claim, William Sykes, agreed to the amount on a recorded telephonic conversation, which is legally binding. I sent this individual emails and had called him several times regarding this with the worst follow up service I have ever experienced.

So the insurance will break legal protocol when ever they feel like it? I'm assuming they feel that they are infallible legally and must have an incredible, over active legal team. They will do anything it seems to save pennies when that's what they are paying. I challenged the insurer to find me a CRX, ANY CRX, for the amount which was paid. There is no possible way they could as even scrapped versions will fetch more than the pathetic payout which was provided to me. Please note that you will not be treated like a king as they claim and will be horribly disappointed with the speed and efficiency with which they operate. This is nothing short of a joke.
