On the 16th of Feb I had a car accident, reported it to King Price and the claim was approved on the 26th February, the service i have received from Shaldon is extremely pathetic, he never keep any of his promises, never give any update, sometimes he does not even return call, hardly respond to his emails, A 8 days later after the claim was approved i called motor lab where the car was and they said they didnt know anything about my car, i informed him he also did not knoe where the car was, they eventually got the car and picked up that the engine was damaged and reported back to king price, King price took more that three weeks to respond I kept calling everday and Shaldon kept telling me he will find out what happening and come back to me which he nevr did. car was declared a right off in march but till today they have not made the payout? I have battled for more that two weeks just asking for the loss agreement letter he keeps saying he is going to email it right after the call but he never does. Iam very disturbed with this service and would certainly ask all the people i know not to take any of KingPrice's cover, and those that already have must quit while they can.
