"unit" means a section together with its undivided share in common property apportioned to that section in accordance with the quota of the section.

In the light of the above, I do NOT understand why ABSA is balking at paying for replacing / repairing ALL the damage to my UNIT.

As you know,

1. the artificial lawn is RUINED;

2. ALL the topsoil has been washed away, together with some plants;

3. one globe on security light was smashed;

4. paint has to be touched up in a number of places on walls;

5. corner stanchion of precast wall was damaged, etc.
