I have a claim that ABSA are not resolving it

I have building insurance with ABSA and my premiums is paid one year in advance. Now that I have a claim they are not resolving it and I seem to hit a brick wall. In the on suite, the paint seems to peeling off the walls and ceilings there is suspicion that the shower might still be leaking, causing the dampness in wall in the bathroom and hallway. this was fixed previously by ABSA insurance and still causing issues. Which is their responsibility
On Thursday 9th of May 2013 morning I called and registered my claim by email and I tried to call ABSA the whole day without any success even my mother has tried to call ABSA and only got through to them the next day. No one seems to be handling the claims on ABSA's behalf and they cant give me any answers, this is totally unacceptable PLEASE do not use ABSA insurance they are useless!
My home content that was damaged has still not been resolved. I will be moving my building insurance to another provider.
