CLAIM REGARDING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

We reported a claim on the 11th November 2013. We have been phoning and phoning to find out what is happening, as we got a section of our wall down and got NO security.
When you phone, the lines are busy and after about an hour of holding on, the operator answers the phone and press it dead without talking, the ones that actually answers the phone, will transfer you to the correct person, and then put the phone down in any case.
If this carries on, I WILL get 2 security guards to come in 24 / 7 and ABSA will be liable for this account, AND
as it is December, we are leaving to go on holiday in 5 days... ABSA will also be liable for the cancellation fees of our holiday.
I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF ABSA...
ACTUALLY YOU CAN NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE, AS THERE IS NO SERVICE...
