LACK OF KNOWLEDGE & INTEREST IN CLIENT

Needed advice on call account investment (2mill), re interest rates and letter of guarantee and costs thereof.
Both Greenstone and Karaglen branches had no clue on letter of guarantee costs (on person had never even heard of such a letter) and interest rates quoted on money market varied.
The corporate and investemnt banking call center does not function. First call was not answered after being transfered numerous times. Second call simply dropped.
Got through to private banking after a lengthy wait. Was promised an return call within 15min. Nothing by the end of the day.

It would appear that my own bank is not interested in investing my money - 2 million. The staff in general are incompetant and useless.
