Call centre agent was just rude

Today i visited the outsurance website to enqurie about a death cover. I left my details on the website and was called almost immediately by a call centre agent. She offered to help and take me through the process and as we were conversing my phone cut off because my battery died. I then charged it a switched it on again and moments later i received a call back from the same lady. I explained to her what happened with my phone and told her that i was charging it with my computer and asked that she call me back later when i could properley talk. She then suddenly changed her tone and asked me if i really want this or not. that she is not stupid she knows we can chat even if my phone is on the charger. I got upset and told her that actually i dont appreciate her tone and i am no longer interested. Is this how outsurance trains its staff? To be so persistent that you totally forget your manners when a customer does not agree with what you want? To be so forceful because your paycheck is on the line? And to think i wanted to give Outsurance another try as i had issues with them before with car insurance! No thank you. Bending over backwards? I think not!!!
