Our friend drove into our car and we claimed the damages done from his insurance, constancia insurance group, we had the the worst experiance and pathetic client service from them, and according to them Jean pierre iis the only person allowed dealing with our claim. I cant even count how many times we called him when he says he will phone back and never do. When we started getting edgy he said he does not have all our documents he recuire wich we did send so we sent it again. When I ask him about the claim he told me "i have so many files on my desk i do not understand how many work he has" so if that is the case he should ask for an assistant or his boss should have people that can handle pressure and work!! The accedent happend in the first week of November 2013? We sent ALL documents recuired! 3 quotes for the repaires that needs to be done, and still he cannot find the documents. Im so fed up with these people! I would advise ANYONE to never ever use their service!
