Insurance- Huh What insurance... Simply a rip-off

So I unfortunately have my phone on the 24th of December-Christmas Eve. So you can imagine what a horrible Christmas not to mention New Year. I go to Matrix the Glen on the very same day because lucky (or unlucky) I was on way there. I subsequently enquire about the procedures and documents required to claim for the insurance I had on my phone for almost six (plus) months. I am thus advised of what I need to bring to complete my claim, one of the documents required, as I was advised was an affedavide. I return to the shop some days after and inform then that I had unfortunately misplaced the insurance documents but I'm was sure the shop had a copy, and enquire again about which docments I need to bring to make a claim. It took Boitumelo having to call Desire to advise which was a mission on its own, so clearly Boitumelo who is (supposedly) a skilled consultant doesn't know what to do or advise. I thus leave my alternative cellphone number to have them contact me regarding the insurance in case of any further developments or instructions. I than return to Matrix, documents in hand and was told that the case number was missing, which was the begininning of a long argument...
