Hi Me and a client of Alexander Forbes insurance was involved in an accident on 23/11/2013. The person admitted to guilt and let me forward all the documents on her behalf, which I did. Today they emailed me saying "Please note that we are not accepting liability at this stage, as we need to find out what our driver's version of events is." Hello she than send the documents via me. I am so frustrated as the vehicle that I drove is not even mine. There are bad vibes between my friend an I as he has been inconvenienced by this whole deal. I don't even know what to do as the person who drove into me is such a wonderful person who did everything in her power to try and resolve the matter. She came to me many times to complete forms and to find out how far we are with the claim. I can't believe that insurance companies putt their clients through such trauma as the matter can get ugly as I have to get legal advice now.
