CANT USE ATM CARD

On Saturday, I attempted to use my cheque card to pay for lunch, my card declined then I go to the ATM and I can't draw money, I was given 0457 code, so thinking maybe there is just a general problem I left the atm.
On Sunday the same problem, Today I went to STD Bank Cresta, and I get told that our systems DOWN. WHAT THIS IS A BANK NOT A TUCK SHOP
