NO SERVICE FROM PRESTIGE BANKING OR NORTHCLIFF!!!

In December 2013, I opened a new revolving credit facility. I was told the payment is R1486 per month and I agreed to take up the R70 000. Then on 24/12 my CHEQUE account was credited with the interest on the revolving credit account (ie charging the interest against my CHEQUE a/c) and AGAIN on 24/01/14 R790 odd taken off against my cheque account as interest. PLUS I'm getting charged TWICE for credit protection policy on the revolving credit. Now I left a secure message at the branch - at the end had to phone them myself after going through the entire waiting list through the call centre and was put through to Justice. Now I haven't heard anything back, he gives me an incorrect direct contact number, he doesn't tell me his surname or any other contact details - WHY THE AM I PAYING PRESTIGE BANKING FEES AND GET PROMISED A PERSONAL BANKER WHEN I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THEY ARE, GET POOR FEEDBACK AND SERVICE FROM THE BRANCH AND NO ASSISTANCE FROM THE STAFF!!! I want this error corrected, the interest taken to the Revolving credit account, my cheque account refunded with the interest amounts and the credit protection corrected!!!
