Bad experience from standard bank

I had 2 bad experiences with standard bank recently. I am with this bank for 10 years and did not expect this kind of service.
1st). I phoned the prestige call centre and spoke to Dumisa Majozi on 24/12/2013 to change the pricing option on account from fixed price to pay as you transact. He said he can not change the pricing option and he sent an email to Nokuthulabrenda Ngcobo requesting the pricing option change. He also cc'ed me in the email. I did not get response and I have replied 3 times (to all in that email) requesting feedback. Still no response. A lady called me on 25th Jan to say that they can not change the pricing option without me being present there with my payslip and proof of address. I dont understand why do you need payslip to change the pricing option and if it is needed why did not the call centre advice me about that..

2nd) I have phoned the home loans call centre on 14th Jan to place notice on my home loan. They gave me email [Email Removed] to send a signed letter requesting to place notice. Which I did on the same day. Until now I did not get any response to that email. Still not sure if the notice was placed or not.
