HUNG UP ON BY AN AGENT!!!

I CALLED INTO YOUR CALL CENTER A FEW MINUTES AGO, THE PHONE WAS PICKED UP BUT NO ONE SPOKE TO ME AND IN THE BACKGROUND I COULD HEAR THEM CONVERSATING AND LAUGHING, EVENTUALLY THE AGENT HUNG UP ON ME.

ANYWAY I WANTED TO FIND OUT IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY PRICING OPTION WITHOUT ME GOING INTO THE BANK BECAUSE I PAY A MONTHLY FEE WHICH I WAS TOLD COVERS ALL MY TRANSACTIONS BUT I GET CHARGED FOR MY TRANSACTIONS.

ON THE PRICING LETTER ITS NOT MORE THAN R 10 YOU PAY WHEN USING A DIFFERENT ATM BUT I GET CHARGED OVER R 50? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, IF THIS CAN'T BE RECTIFIED THEN I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY CARD.
