Outsurance
Won't lower my high premium after I turned 25

Last year in May I contacted outsurance after their annual increases and was told to call them back in January 2014 after I turn 25 so that they can definitely decrease my premium. I called today and the person (George "somebody") told me there is nothing they can do for me... I pay over R1000 on a car that is not even worth that much anymore as it is over 6 years old. I'm 25 and have my license for 7 years now...
This is not the service that I know from you guys. We have been with you for more than 10 years and have 4 cars insured with you. Think its time to move on...
