I applied for my surplus in 2011 and i am still waiting for my payment. You spend hours on the phone trying to get through to this department and when you do get through the agents are most unhelpful because 95% of the time they cannot give you answers and there is no person in a higher position of authority available because they are busy or cannot take our calls. The telephone system is absolutely shocking. Please never know what is going on. Why do i have to wait so long for my money?
