MIBFA
How long can it take?

I have applied for my surplus in 2012, since then I have phone/e-mailed/faxed to find out what is the hold up, but if I am lucky to get a response it will always be next month, four weeks, six weeks, two weeks, awaiting tax figures, all I need to know is MIBFA a company that encourage lack of performance, it seems like it is NOT important for these guys to complete our applications and be well rid of us, I am not ignorant to the fact that these kind of applications take time, and there must be millions of applicants BUT please be honest if you do not know whats happening tell me do not waste my time and MONEY to phone/email/fax? exspecially phoning I am paying my b*d off on telephone cost.
