PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I recently went over from Renasa to Alexander Forbes. I believed that the service will be better as it is a bigger company. What a disaster!!! I submitted a claim last week and monday for stuff that was in Knysna while we were on holiday. I was told that it is a straight forward claim as we had a police case nr. Every time the broker called them they had one or other lame excuse. Last week friday the assessor called us to make an appointment to come and access the damage. What a lot of nonsense as it happened in Knysna and we stay in Velddrif. It seems to me that they are looking for an excuse not to pay. I am definetely going to contact the Ombudsman and is also going back to Renasa. This company is really PATHETIC and I would advise everyone to stay away from Alexander Forbes!!
