I provided a service that was approved by Discovery Insure. On completion, they were issued an invoice on 26 April 2013. Up to today no payment was made to me, only plenty of empty promises from various clerks and the manager. Numerous phone calls were made to Discovery Insure to try and get someone to solve the payment issue. Everybody had excuses and even the manager could not give me a valid reason. He just said: "phone me back in a few days if you have not received payment. When phoning him after the few days, his phone was just ringing. His tel number 0115295577. I phoned the payment section, speaking to a Patricia, and was informed that the request from the claims department was not forwarded to her yet. This after almost a month and a half. Ref no 756077. (Clerks: Neo, Jane and another lady whose name I could not get 0115295813/0115295543) A remark by the manager: "give me realistic time to make the payment". This was said on 31 May 2013. How much more time do they need to make a payment?
