We insured an animal with Savannah Marine which died. The claim for the loss was submitted on the 4th of December. Despite numerous phonecalls to both Mr La Vita and the broker, we are getting no feedback regarding the claim. Promises were made to give feedback but nothing happens. The last time I tried to phone Mr. La Vita, he did not answer and he is not responding to emails.
