Refund request

I took up this policy in June 2012, I have requested cancellation on the 28th of October 2013 as I have sold my vehicle. This initially costed me around R6200 and I have never claimed against this policy. I am left with approximately 7 months however my refund due to me is around R476. I am not happy with this and want a proper calculation of why I am being refunded this amount. Between MFC and Innovation no one can assist me and I keep on getting the run around. Its sad that I have to use social media in hope to receive a decent response.
