DOUBLE DEDUCTIONS FEEDBACK

I FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ABOVEMENTIONED COMPANY EARLY IN NOVEMBER RE GYM FEES BEING DEDUCTED TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT.THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO ASSURED ME THAT THEY'D RETRIEVE THE TAPE AND WILL REVERT BACK WITHIN 48 HRS.SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WERE MADE TO GET FEEDBACK UNTIL THE CALL WAS ESCALATED TO THE LUYANDA WHO'S BEEN PROMISING ME THE FEEDBACK.I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LUYANDA AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT IF SHE DOESNT GET JOY FROM HER IT DEPT BY 10AM THIS MORNING, SHE'LL SEND THIS TO MANAGEMENT.10AM PASSED AND HAVE HAD NO CALL FROM HER NOR AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHERE TO FROM HERE.
