Today, Tomorrow, ... Im still waiting

As the tax year draws to an end many people go on-line to submit their tax. We are all proud South Africans with good morals and values and its the right thing to do. However, when submitting mine i discovered that a pension payout was supposed to have been paid to me by Absa in February this year, wait it was paid into the wrong account without any notification sent to me. I was shocked to discover this form attached to my on-line submission. Over a month ago i kindly got in contact with Absa to try and solve this issue. To cut a long story short - and a dozen or so emails and calls to Absa, i still received nothing but empty promises that the money would be paid into my account. I'm still waiting - 4 days after the tax season was closed. So where is the money? I ask you the same question. Should i feel angry or concerned that i haven't got my money, or that perhaps someone could have my money? I'm not one to accuse but i do get a little worried that big companies can throw money into big sponsorship deals but easily forget about their own values when it comes to the people who provide them with that sponsorship money. When is customer service going to be worth something...
