MTN COVERAGE

As regards to the complaint i logged a few weeks back with this ref number: REQ:2435635.I filled in the details and sent to the coverage department as requested. After a few days went by i decided to call the coverage department, as i was getting no feedback from anyone. I was told a gentleman by the name lucky would call me to advise on the status of the call, a few days went by and this so called Lucky did not call me i made several attempts again to get feedback but the buck kept stopping at lucky who seems not to have any clue of how to give customers feedback. I must say iam so angry with MTN if i could cancel the contracts i have with them i would because iam unable to use the data that iam paying for every month, and have to drive to the nearest garage to get a signal and do my assignments.
