Still waiting for network response

Good day
it is now been 3 weeks since i emailed zulu_t @ mtn. co. za for my original complaint going back to November. not one person has contacted me regarding the network quality. i have filled in the forms. posted two complaints on hellopeter and even on your facebook page and yet i still get no feedback. i am fed up. get the cancellations department to call me by 10am tomorrow.
