TAX PRACTIONER EXAM

I registered to write the online exam and paid my R840 to write the examination to become a member of the SAIPA COTE. I was told I'll be emailed a link to write the exam and I can write it anywhere between 13 and 28 June. Now I paid the money, and waited for the link, but nothing. I then on the 28th phoned SAIPA and spoke to Luyanda where I was told that oops sorry, the rules changed and they just didn't get round to notifying me...

SERIOUSLY!!! For a professional insitute to just chop and change as they like and take people's money... it's ridiculous.

Now I spoke to Luyanda and asked her to refund me that money as I cannot now make plans to write the examination at head office or a centre on such short notice. I was told to email my bank details and that they'll refund me my R840... I'm still waiting just for a confirmation that Luyanda's received my bank details!!!

R840 is ALOT of money, and you phone Luyanda it just goes over to mailbox- which is now FULL!!!

WHEN AM I GETTING MY REFUND BACK??? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SAIPA'S METHOD OF HANDLING THIS CENTRE OF COTE.

I WANT A DATE THAT MY MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED - IN THIS WEEK!!!
