Clientel refuse to pay

Helopeter please help me. I was hospitalise in August for 5 days my reffering Dr wrote on the refering letter as having alsers because I had all yhe signs whilst in hostital blood test were done bt they looked normal bt I was still in pain no other test were done nw clientel refuse to pay stating that I was merely hospitalised for investigation can I take my case with my lawyers please help
