Another car jumped a stop sign and bumped the side of my car.
Outsurance not only helped me with a loan car, they also organised that when I gave my car in for repairs a loan car was there already for my use, no running around begging for a lift.

They ensured that I was kept up to date with any progress regarding the claim and as it wasn't my fault I've asked Cynthia to claim my excess from the person responsible, and Hieppie Hooray!!! they are paying my excess out as well. My car is repaired, no monies lost and no running around.
