I would just like to express my extreme satisfaction in the manner in which the my claim was processed through Outsurance. I was rear-ended at a stop street 27/06. The actual claim was processed without any problems and very efficiently, but i was absolutely amazed regarding the recovery of my excess. I was contacted by Angela Bennett and advised that she would be assisting from the legal department with the recovery of my excess. She advised that this was a lengthy process and usually took several months. I was ecstatic when she called me on Friday afternoon 03/08 to advise that my excess would be refunded into my account within 48 hours. Angela is an outstanding example of what customer service is all about!!!
