Everytime Momentum requests information regarding 3 death claim policies of my late farther we supply whatever they need. When I follow up I get system generated emails requesting the same information again. I've sent all the documentation 3 weeks ago and again received an email this morning requesting all the documentation again. At one point they confirmed that all was in order for the pay out they are just waiting for the proof of the trust account. After we supplied that they requested documentation again and told me they are now only busy with journals etc. When I phone I always speak to a different person and no one can assist me or confirm that they have everything they need. Just when we think we've supplied everything they request more docs or info. It's been 14 months after my farther passed away and we as a family want to get all this done and move on with our lives. I cannot understand that everybody paid out (Investec ect) with no problem but with Momentum there's always a delay. I will do anything to get this sorted so that we can move forward.
