A month ago I submitted documentation for my 2 policies to change the following
a) My physical address
b) My Beneficiary
c) My financial advisor
I submitted all the required supporting documentation etc.
It took Momentum one month to complete 2 out of the 3 requests. The physical address change has still not been done. Either it has been forgotten or it is not on Momentum's list of things to do.
I also cannot understand why I am never given a reference number with these types of issues. Emailing Momentum is like sending an email to outer space. There is not even a process to escalate issues to anyone.
Technology and service has improved vastly in other institutions and Momentum is left behind in the dark ages. Perhaps they could get some tips from Allan Gray- they completed the same request in less than 24 hours.
