Funaral plan & death claim not paid

My father passed away on the afternoon of 15/06/2013 and we contacted momentum on Tuesday 11/06/2013 where we received form to be completed for claim that we filled in and send the via e-mail on Thu, Jun 20, 2013 at 6:30 AM after receiving death certificate and other relevant documents. until to date we have received no contact from momentum i phoned last week (after the stated 10 working days) and was advised the claim is @ your banking department. This has placed my family in a difficult position as we paid cash for the funeral and still have to life off the money left and it is almost a month since claim would like the matter to be resolved as my mother is unemployed.
