Vodacom
No statements received despite calls every month

The last statement i received was for 03/01/2013,
Despite me having called for a few months in a row requesting monthly statements to be posted, i continually have to contact yourselves or Vodacom to request same.
Please change my delivery method to e-mail at [Email Removed] and ensure that you rectify the problem to ensure that i receive my statements monthly.
I would also like full billing details of calls etc on a monthly basis.
Please e-mail me the statement for 03/02/2013!!!
