CLAIM NOT PAID OUT NEARLY TWO YEARS

My husband died in truck accident August 4th 2011, he had a policy with FNB that would pay out in case of death in accident. After numerous attempts no payout has been made. Fnb keeps on requesting documents and gives no feedback. How long does it take? FNB promises immediate payment??!!! What a joke, I am now a widowed mother with two small kids. Will this get sorted out at all??
