My name is Nombulelo Nkosinkulu who made an application for a road accident fund claim through you, The ref number reads as follows Mr Ntayiya/lm/MVA and this was way back in 2004. In this claim my two sisters were involved in a car accident and they both died as the car they were travelling with fell in the river and they drowned and died. my claim according to you was rejected by the road accident fund on the basis that the cause of death is drowning.you never contested the reasons and further explained that the car fell in the bridge and they drowned as a result of a car accident. i have tried several times to establish the whereabouts of your company but i cant find a thing and i am surprised i got you in this service. i would appreciate it if you could give me your current domicile address so that we can review this case and appeal the decision of the road accident fund.
